Starter is $2.99 per month and covers one home and up to 10 stored documents, including maintenance tracking, the timeline, contractors and your Home Health Score. Premium is $7.99 per month for unlimited homes and documents, HomeVault AI and the resale report. Cancel anytime.
What do I get with Premium?
Unlimited home records and documents, HomeVault AI, the printable home report for buyers, advanced maintenance reminders and warranty alerts, and priority support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Premium page at any time. Premium features end immediately and you are not billed again. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Who handles payments?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoices, taxes and refund requests at paddle.net.
Is my data private?
Your records are tied to your account and private by default. Documents are stored in encrypted storage that only your account can read, and we never share your home records with other users.
What is the Home Health Score?
A 0-100 summary of your home's condition based on overdue and upcoming maintenance, missing system details, expired warranties and missing records. It updates as you keep your vault current.
How accurate is HomeVault AI?
HomeVault AI answers using your own records and offers general maintenance guidance, not guaranteed predictions. For safety-critical work, always use a licensed professional.
Will I get reminders?
Yes. HomeVault checks daily for overdue maintenance, work due soon, warranties ending and equipment nearing replacement, and posts alerts in the app. You can also switch on an email digest in Settings.
Can I keep records from a previous owner or hand mine to a buyer?
Yes. You can add historical events to your timeline at any time, and the printable home report packages your appraisals, systems, maintenance and full history for a buyer.
